What we are not. RenewalReady is not an insurance agency, brokerage, producer, or licensed insurance professional. We do not examine, review, audit, abstract, or evaluate insurance policies; we do not recommend, advise on, or sell insurance or coverage of any kind; and we receive no compensation from any insurer, agency, or broker. Nothing we deliver constitutes insurance, legal, or financial advice.
What you buy. The Renewal Packet is a set of documents assembled from information you provide and public federal records: request letters, rosters, schedules, factual data compilations, and worksheets. Delivery within 2 business days of purchase to the email used at checkout. Sections that depend on details only you have — your agent of record, roster and equipment list — arrive as blank fill-in sheets if you have not sent them by then. If we cannot deliver, we refund in full. Reply to the delivery email within 14 days for a full refund, no conditions and no questions asked.
What we need from you. Some of the packet can only be built from information we cannot look up: your agent of record, who signs the letters, and your roster and equipment details. We ask for these by email immediately after purchase. If you have not sent them by the delivery deadline, those sections arrive as blank fill-in sheets rather than late — and you can still request a full refund.
Data. Fleet data shown or compiled comes from public FMCSA records and may lag official filings. Filing dates are not policy renewal dates. You are responsible for confirming dates and details with your own insurer or representative.
Alerts. Filing reminders and record-change notes are a free convenience based on third-party public data, provided on a best-effort basis with no guarantee of delivery, timeliness, accuracy, or completeness. Public data may lag or change format without notice. You remain responsible for confirming dates and filing details with your own insurer or representative.
