It needs no account and no email address. The USDOT number you type is sent to our server, used to query public FMCSA datasets live, and recorded in an internal counter along with the date and which link you arrived from — so we can tell how many fleets used the tool. We do not store your USDOT against your identity, and we do not sell or share it. There are no third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies on this site.
We store the email address you give us, the USDOT number you looked up, and the public filing details shown on screen (carrier name, insurer of record, filing anniversary), so we can send the reminder you asked for. We use that address only for the reminder you requested and a note if your public filing record changes — not for a newsletter and not for unrelated marketing. Reply "stop" to any message, or use the message form, and we delete you from the list.
Your email address and the message itself are stored and relayed to us so a person can reply.
Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. From Stripe we receive your email address, name if you give one, and order details, which we use to build and deliver your packet, to provide support, and to honour the refund term. Any records you send us for the packet (roster, equipment list, agent details) are used only to prepare your documents.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your email address — and specifically, we never give it to insurance agents, brokers, carriers, or lead buyers. We are paid only by customers who buy the $199 packet.
Our marketing email complies with CAN-SPAM: every message identifies itself, carries our postal address, and has a working opt-out we honour promptly. We do not send marketing email to Canadian or Mexican carriers, because their consent rules require opt-in that a public federal registry does not provide.
Ask us to show you, correct, or delete anything we hold about you and we will — use the message form and it reaches a person. Deletion is done within 30 days.
